All payment information is processed securely through trusted payment providers. Orlune does not store your full credit card details.


Which Currency Will I Be Charged In?

All payments are processed in USD. If your card or payment account uses another currency, your bank or payment provider may apply a currency conversion rate or additional fees.


Do You Offer Installment Payments?

Currently, we do not offer installment payments. All orders must be paid in full at checkout.


Can I Change or Modify My Order?

If you need to change your order, shipping address, product option, plug type, or other order details, please contact us as soon as possible at qgnhmtiocru@outlook.com.

  • We can assist with changes before your order is shipped.
  • Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be modified.
  • Please make sure your shipping address, contact information, and product specifications are correct before completing payment.

Can I Cancel My Order?

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to assist if the order has not yet been processed or shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. In that case, you may refer to our Return Policy after receiving the item.
